ICEC relies on donations from private donors, corporations and foundations to operate. We cannot emphasize enough that babies can’t wait; they cannot make up the time when their brains are developing most rapidly. For every dollar spent on programs for developmentally disabled children under the age of 3, the future public education system savings are tenfold.
